Time is Money!
Capitalize on your time critical, real estate opportunities by borrowing the money you need now through a Private Investor Loan.   Bank loans are slow and require lots of documentation, and bringing in a partner will cost you equity.  Our loans are faster than the banks, and cost less than giving up part of your deal to a partner.  

We do require strong collateral, which is usually the property you're borrowing against.  If that property doesn't meet our loan-to-value requirements (see below), we can often cross-collateralize a second property of yours to provide sufficient equity to meet our investors requirements.  Typical LTV's are listed below, but we will go higher depending upon the deal.  Get started now by filling out and submitting a Loan Application or faxing a 1003.

Loan Process
First, fill out a Loan Application or just fax a 1003 and credit report.  Primary factors are the LTV, and plans to repay the loan.  If your request meets our basic requirements, we can fly out within days to any nearby airport for a physical property inspection.  Loan documents can be drawn within a few days later. 

If you're planning to construct on the property, don't break down or order any materials prior to the loan closing escrow.  Following this guideline will make your loan more attractive to our investors and increase the likelihood that we can fund your loan.
